The quality assurance department is well-equipped with necessary equipments and skilled manpower to ensure that the final quality output is up-to the mark. The quality and assurance department has the following Lab instruments: Olympus Microscope – 1000 X Ele. Muffle furnace and hot plate Hot mounting m/c for moulding pieces C.S. apparatus and hardness tester Cutting and polishing m/c

For the Quality assurance we are well equipped with Crack detector machine to check any possible crack within the forged part. We have installed a Steel grade sorting machine to verify mixing of any other steel materials other than the approved one. Crack detector machines (MPI): 6 nos. Steel grade sorting machine: 1 no.
